Why doesn’t my tracking number show any updates yet?
After you receive your shipping notification, please allow 2–5 working days for the tracking information to update. We appreciate your patience.
Can I track my package with my order number?
No. The tracker needs the tracking number from your shipping notification, not the order number. Can’t find it? Email support@backherousa.com with your order number.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery in the United States then takes 3–10 business days, depending on the state. Shipping is free, tracked and insured.
My order still hasn’t arrived. What now?
You’re covered by our 40-Day Shipping Refund Guarantee: if your order has not arrived within 40 calendar days from the original shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact our support team to start your request.
I made a mistake in my shipping address.
Email support@backherousa.com right away with the correct address. Once the order has been processed, we can’t change the address and we’re not responsible for packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal or non-collection.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 6 hours of placing it. After 6 hours, a cancellation has a 10% processing fee. Orders that have already shipped can’t be cancelled — please accept the package and contact us afterwards if you need a return. Email your order number to support@backherousa.com.
What if I’m not happy with my product?
Every order comes with our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee: you have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and any issues upon arrival. To start, email support@backherousa.com with photos or videos of the item, and wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
